Additional Costs and Requirements	Additional spending money, additional meals, taxes, insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, items of personal nature, in-room charges, and all other ancillary costs are not included as part of the Prize and are the Winner’s responsibility unless otherwise stated. Travel is subject to blackout periods, including but not limited to school holidays, public holidays, peak travel periods and supplier availability. The Promoter and Prize suppliers reserve the right to cancel, shorten or modify the charter itinerary due to weather conditions, safety concerns, mechanical issues or marine authority restrictions, with no obligation to provide compensation beyond what is reasonably practicable. The Winner and his/her mate must travel on the same itinerary and must sign and accept all conditions of the Prize, including any indemnity and release form that may be required to be signed by the Promoter or its suppliers upon acceptance of the Prize. Cancellation Clause	If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
